My passion for photography began when my children were young and I had a desire for more than just "say cheese" photos of them. I began pursuing photography as a hobby in 2004 and as a serious hobby in 2005. In 2006 I lept into the world of digital photography/editing and it became more than a hobby.
Out of this love has grown another passion: digital design. I am currently a full time student at Ivy Tech pursuing degrees in both photography and graphic design.
I bring with me to every shoot not just my camera but also my passion and 6 years of photography experience.
The best way I can describe my style of photography is true life/photojournalistic. I try to capture people just being real and natural. And for some, that might mean standing on your head or doing a cartwheel, for others that might mean just kicking back with your ipod on a park bench.
When I show up to our session, I will treat you and/or your loved ones with the same professionalism and respect I would expect to be shown to my own children.
